A small public hot spring designed by well known architect, Kengo Kuma. Ginzan Onsen, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, April 13, 2016. Once a sliver-mining town, Ginzan Onsen in Yamagata Prefecture is now one of Japan's best-known and most picturesque hot spring resorts. Its Taisho-period architecture and retro atmosphere is said to have been an inspiration for Hayao Miyazaki's Oscar-winning animated film, Spirited Away.
